UV-LED SCREEN EXPOSURE SYSTEM FOR DIRECT-TO-SCREEN
This space-saving design serves as both a high quality exposure unit and a sturdy table top for your new CtS system. When a screen is finished printing, simply slide it into the the under-counter tray and select one of the 10 memory timer settings to begin the exposure. Then load and print the next screen on the FREEStyler to maximise productivity.
The EXPOSE DTS is fitted with powerful and reliable UV- LEDs, which are laid out to provide an even spread of UV light across the screen. The LEDs have been specifically selected to provide the ideal wavelength to work with nearly any type of screen emulsion.

Different emulsions use sensitizers that react to different wavelengths. EXPOSE DTS uses UV-LED's that have a 'sweet spot' common to almost all type of emulsions.
